Mr. Beyhan Bagrianuk came to our hospital with long-standing complaints including neck pain radiating to the left arm, numbness, and restricted range of motion, which were causing problems in his daily activities and drastically reducing his quality of life.
After a detailed physical examination by Dr. Oguz Yozel – Specialist in Brain and Neurosurgery, and the necessary supplementary investigations, cervical disc herniations (neck hernias) at two levels were identified. Op. Dr. Oguz Yozel recommended that the patient undergo a microsurgical cervical disc herniation removal procedure. Mr. Beyhan Bagrianuk was informed in detail about the upcoming intervention. After discussing the expected benefits of the procedure and the potential consequences of non-treatment, the patient was hospitalized and preoperative preparation began.
After the successfully performed operation, the patient was mobilized on the same day, just a few hours after the end of the intervention, in the presence of his attending physician. Mr. Beyhan Bagrianuk was monitored for 24 hours after the procedure and was then discharged in good general condition.
One week after the intervention, our patient visited for a follow-up examination and shared with us that he had no complaints during the postoperative period and was extremely happy with his new life free from the pain that had been troubling him for many years. He shared: "I recommend that everyone who has similar complaints visit Op. Dr. Oguz Yozel and find the necessary treatment for their conditions."
The entire team of Corlu Vatan Private Hospital wishes Mr. Beyhan Bagrianuk and his family a life filled with health and many happy moments.
